ToolSolv offers browser-based tools for converting and processing documents (Markdown, PDF, Word, scanned and photo files). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Free & paid plans

Some tools are available free with usage limits. Paid plans unlock higher limits, batch processing and advanced features, billed via our payment partner.

3. Your responsibilities

• You may only upload documents you have the right to process.
• Keep backups of important files — tools may alter documents irreversibly.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to process content you are not authorized to handle.

5. Intellectual property

The ToolSolv name, site and software belong to ToolSolv. You keep ownership of your uploaded documents.

6. Disclaimer & limitation

We work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss or indirect damages. Upload a copy before processing critical files.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or modify/discontinue the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
